There is a hill in Zambia where, as the chorus of Africa’s birds begin to rise like sparks from the campfire, Chaminuka greets her dawn. From the elegant, art and antique-filled lodge to the rustic bush camp, guests at Chaminuka have unlimited opportunties to experience the diversity of African wildlife and birdlife. Game viewing is conducted by Landrover or on horseback. Boating and fishing are popular too.

After thundering over the famous Victoria Falls and forming the massive Lake Kariba, the legendary Zambezi River continues its' journey eastward through the lower Zambezi National Park. You will fish for giant tigerfish and zandu catfish.

Situated in riverine forest on the banks of the Luangwa River, Kafunta River Lodge has access into the spectacular South Luangwa National Park. The park is renowned for its concentrations of wild animals and bird life and particularly lion, leopard, elephant, hippopotamus and crocodile. Kafunta River Lodge accommodates guests in attractive chalets overlooking the Luangwa River.

Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in western Zambia, Mutemwa is a tented lodge designed so that all accommodations have a view of the river. Activities include birding and fishing from boats in amongst a maze of channels, islands and rapids, canoeing safaris and, alternatively, safaris into the remote Sioma Ngwezi Game Reserve.

Seven kilometres downstream from magnificent Victoria Falls, overlooking the spectacular Batoka Gorge and the Zambezi, stands Taita Falcon Lodge. The Lodge, built from indigenous materials and dominated by a large teak viewing deck, arranges visits to the Falls, white water rafting, bungi jumping, canoeing and sunset cruises upstream, as well as visits to the local craft village.
